The polyester-based flexible foams have the following characteristics not shared by conventional polyethers:
can be flame laminated to other materials, such as fabrics and plastic films;
more regular cell structure and greater resistance to the passage of air for better sound-absorption properties;
greater strength;
greater resistance to organic solvents.
These products are used in a wide range of applications: automotive, clothing, footwear, personal and home hygiene, packaging, thermal and acoustic insulation, and others.
This product has been tested for hazardous substances and is certified according to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®
This range of polyester-based polyurethanes is produced according to in conformity with some of the most important flame-retardant regulations for cellular materials such as FMVSS 302 for the automotive industry or UL 94 for the electronic component industry (the user must ensure that the material is suitable for the specific intended use). These products combine the above flame-retardant properties with the physical properties of conventional polyester foams.
